Refund policy

Please read the below returns and warranty policies carefully.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you decide to cancel, please inform us in writing and the cancellation request must be signed by the original purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. If the item doesn't fit your needs, you may be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement item is cheaper, we will refund the agreed amount via EFT into your bank account. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account via EFT only. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy and Process:

Please allow 3 working days for the battery / equipment to be tested to honor all warranty claims which are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. No other warranty is given or implied.

• For us to test a faulty battery, the battery must be in a fully charged state.
• No warranty is granted if the battery posts are loose, arced or abused.
• No warranty is granted if the battery is overcharged, swollen, or exploded.
• No warranty is granted if the battery casing or plates are damaged due to excessive tightening of battery holder.
• The original battery warranty is for 3-12 months as per the manufacturer’s product.
• The replacement product warranty shall be the remaining months of the original item purchased.
• Goods not collected within 60 days from the date of order will be sold to defray expenses.
• All returns carry a 10% handling charge.
• Although the Company shall use all reasonable care in carrying out the fitment, you agree that neither the Company or its employees, agents, contractors, or any duly authorized representatives shall be liable in any way for any loss, damage and/or destruction of your property regardless of the cause. (eg. Stripping nuts and bolts, resetting or replacing of vehicle electronic systems)
